I am honored to have earned your trust once again elected and with humility to serve you that this challenging time requires – keeping us safe, taxes low and quality of life high.
Thanks to you, and many like you, we were able to secure a strong and decisive victory. I shall continue to preserve the best Bellevue has achieved over the years and improve on the emerging concerns I have heard from many of you such as housing, growth and environment. I’ll be working hard, as I always have, to bring people together to come up with solutions. This is becoming more apparent when the challenges are more complex and solutions harder to find. However, knowing you and Bellevue and seen what we have done, I know we can overcome these challenges. Be engaged, thoughtful, patient and keep your elected representatives honest and their feet to the ground, we will continue to be the city we want it to be, the “Shining City on the Hill” for us and for our future generations!
I want to thank again all of you who have exercised your right to vote for me, supported my campaign financially and especially the volunteers who helped me endlessly, to my victory and opportunity to serve my community for the eighth time.
